Bailey Kroell is a student at Gannon University, set to graduate in December 2025 with a degree in Public Service and Global Affairs and a minor in Theology. Residing in Erie with her husband, Max, along with their dog and two cats, Bailey has a deep passion for civic engagement and community development. She previously served as the Lead Operations Intern at the Jefferson Educational Society, gaining hands-on experience in nonprofit operations and leadership.

Bailey’s interests reflect her love for history, faith, and adventure—whether she’s exploring state and national parks with her husband, enjoying a cup of chai tea, or searching for hidden gems while thrift shopping. Rooted in her Catholic faith, she is passionate about service, learning, and making a meaningful impact in the world around her.
