Dealing with Eating Disorders

Eating disorders can affect anyone at any age. Yueling Li, M.D., a psychiatrist at LECOM Behavioral Health, discusses several diagnoses under the eating disorder category of the DSM V, the standard classification of mental disorders used by mental health professionals. Dr. Li focuses on the manner of causation, risk factors, treatment, and intervention for two common eating disorders – bulimia and anorexia.

Yueling Li, M.D.

 

Yueling Li, M.D., is board certified in adult psychiatry, and child and adolescent psychiatry, and received her medical degree from Dalian Medical University. She completed her internship and residency in psychiatry at LECOM and then completed her fellowship in child and adolescent psychiatry at UCSD in San Diego, California. Dr. Li enjoys spending time with family and friends, and enjoys hiking, gardening, and traveling.
