Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion: Is It Just a #Hashtag, or Is It Real?
This session will focus on the true intent of diversity, equity, and inclusion, and how communities can thrive and win in this space. The County of Erie must adopt a new mindset of abundance and not scarcity. The region's retention, growth and future of the economic development infrastructure depends on this new mindset. Diversity pays dividends. The Diversity, Equity and Inclusion initiatives should be a launching point for all Erie residents because everyone should be living their best life.
