The Power of Branding and Marketing: NWPA Innovation Beehive Network at PennWest Edinboro
At the PennWest Edinboro Beehive, students and faculty team up to assist regional businesses, entrepreneurs and nonprofits with marketing and branding. Beehive Director Chris Lantinen will first walk attendees through some of the common struggles and challenges that businesses face within these disciplines. Then, he'll discuss client success stories from recent years, covering industries like hospitality, education and the creative community. He'll finish with discussion about future marketing trends and what will challenge businesses next.

Christopher Lantinen, M.A., is the PennWest Edinboro Beehive Director. His specialties include social media, podcasting, SEO, content marketing, and more. He's also an instructor within the PennWest Edinboro Department of Business, Economics & Communication. He was a "40 Under 40" selection in 2020 by the Erie Reader. Previously, he worked in the newspaper industry (Titusville, Pennsylvania) and owned and operated music website Modern Vinyl, the latter of which was cited in publications such as Rolling Stone and Entertainment Weekly. He also served as faculty advisor to The Spectator, PennWest Edinboro’s weekly campus newspaper. He holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree from Edinboro University.
