Join JES Raimy Fellow Dr. Alyson Eagle for a day-long workshop and conference designed for current and aspiring women leaders to learn from and share with each other which includes a panel discussion with:

Alyson “Aly” Eagle, Ph.D., is the Assistant Director of Employer Relations at Gannon University. During work hours, she aspires to work directly with Gannon students to connect them to their dream job and/or internship. Outside of work, Aly is committed to social justice work by passionately advocating for equality rights, specifically surrounding women’s rights, LGBTQ+ activism and equitable housing initiatives. She co-leads a group called Dream Weavers – an Erie women’s group focused on building community and supporting one another to achieve their goals and aspirations.
Aly’s doctoral dissertation focused on women navigating the barriers of attaining leadership positions in higher education. She is a proud two-time Gannon alumnus, who graduated from the Clinical Mental Health Counseling master’s program in December 2015 and Organizational Learning and Leadership doctorate program in May 2023.
