Sustained Recovery: The Future of Downtown Erie and the EDDC

The Erie Downtown Development Corporation and the visionaries and community stakeholders who empowered it to shock Downtown Erie back to life are stabilizing the opening phase and shifting their focus to the future. Moving forward, while continuing opportunistic development, the EDDC will also look to become a facilitator – a development engine for the decade ahead. Utilizing public funding, tax credits, and other development tools, the EDDC seeks to raise a fund that will feed the development efforts for a generation, focused on intelligent, inclusive design and small business ecosystem support. Join EDDC Chief Executive Officer Drew Whiting to explore the progress and future plans.
