Eskinder Negash is the Director of Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR), within the Administration for Children and Families at the HHS. The ORR's Anti-Trafficking in Persons (ATIP) Division is committed to promoting public awareness and assisting in the identification of trafficking victims by educating the public and persons likely to encounter victims.
