Lecturers at the Jefferson Educational Society

Ms Lamis served as Associate Director of Leadership Erie for six years and as the Process Manager of a community building process undertaken by the United Way of Erie County called COMPASS.

Those two experiences deeply ingrained in her a sense of community responsibility and a passion for making a difference. Her goal is to develop projects that add value to community, that improve the quality of life and the economic vitality of our region, and that bring people together to forge partnerships to identify collaborative opportunities.

Specialties:In addition to program/project development, Ms Lamis writes grants, facilitate community forums, conduct community visioning and strategic planning processes, and research best practices.
