Amy Carney, Ph.D., is an Associate Professor of History at Penn State Behrend, where she teaches courses on modern European History, including classes on the Second World War and the History of Fascism. Her PhD is in modern German history, and her research – including her book Marriage and Fatherhood in the Nazi SS – focuses on family history in Germany.
