Bishop Dwane Brock is the International Presiding Bishop of Covenant Ministries International Fellowship.  To date, he is the Episcopal Head of 178 churches and well over 500 ordained clergymen, and has spent 43 years in the gospel ministry. Locally, he is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of the Word of Faith Development Corporation which encompasses the Victory Christian Center of Erie, Inc., the Bishop’s Institute of Applied Science & Biblical Studies, as well as the economic division at the ministry called the E4 Initiative.  He was consecrated into the ranks of the Episcopacy in 1996 in Augusta, GA under the auspices of Fellowship Churches United and the Lahoira Bible College.
