For more than eight years, Mr. Briel has served as the Executive Director of International Investment in the Office of International Business Development for the Pennsylvania Department of Community & Economic Development. He obtained his master of business administration degree from the University of Maryland University College in 1997 and completed his bachelor’s degree from Furman University in 1986.
