Mr. Peterson serves as Office Leader of the Chautauqua office of Phillips Lytle, LLC, and focuses in all areas of real estate, including development and financial transactions, areas of corporate counseling including acquisitions, administration and strategic planning, not-for-profit corporate formation, tax exemption and qualification with New York State administrative areas. He earned his J.D. from The Dickenson School of Law of the Pennsylvania State University in 1976 and is the co-founder and past president of the Robert H. Jackson Center and has been listed in The Best Lawyers in America
