Mr. Goldstein has a lifetime of experience building diverse coalitions that enhance the outcomes of development projects. He led several coalitions in Milwaukee including the Good Jobs and Livable Neighborhoods coalition that won the Park East Redevelopment Compact. In 2005, Mr. Goldstein joined The Partnership for Working Families, supporting community benefit coalitions in Milwaukee, Pittsburgh, Denver, Seattle, San Jose, and Los Angeles. He is the founder of “Coalitions, Campaigns and Community Benefits (COCACOM),” a national network connecting more than 1,000 community benefit organizers in more than 70 cities. He popularizes best practices and provides campaign research and strategic assistance to the network.
