Lecturers at the Jefferson Educational Society

After studying English literature at Harvard University and medicine at Johns Hopkins University, Dr. Jones trained in orthopedic surgery at the University of Iowa and specialized in musculoskeletal oncology at the University of Toronto, before settling in Salt Lake City with his wife and four children. He performs cancer genetics research supported by the NIH and other cancer research foundations, having authored more than 80 scientific peer-reviewed publications. He provides surgical care for cancer patients from all over the mountain west at the Huntsman Cancer Institute, Primary Children’s Hospital, and the University of Utah.
