Dr. Orlandrew E. Danzell is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Intelligence Studies within the Tom Ridge School of Intelligence Studies and Information Science at Mercyhurst University. He regularly teaches courses on counterterrorism, intelligence theory and application, and national security at both the undergraduate and graduate level. Dr. Danzell received B.A.s in history and political science from Cameron University (2003), an M.A. in Political Science from Kansas State University (2007), and a Ph.D. in Security Studies also from Kansas State (2011). His most recent publication, titled “Understanding the lone wolf terror phenomena: assessing current profiles,” published in September 2015, is already among the top-ten most read article in the history of Behavioral Sciences of Terrorism and Political Aggression
