Patrick F. Leary, D.O. is a sports medicine specialist with LECOM Sports and Orthopedic Medicine and Director of the Sports Medicine Fellowship Program at LECOM. Dr. Leary leads the team physicians for Mercyhurst University varsity teams and the Erie BayHawks of the NBA Development League. At LECOM, Dr. Leary is the Clinical Professor of Family Medicine and Sports Medicine. Dr. Leary is a graduate of the Kansas City University of Medicine and Bio-Sciences and was Team Physician at the University of Notre Dame from 1995-2005.
